Shipping Information
Aussie Ties offers the following shipping services
- Pick Up from our Burpengary East Warehouse
- Untracked Regular post with Australia Post
- Tracked Express Shipping with Toll Express or Australia Post Express
- International Express Services
You can easily select any of these options during the checkout process.
Australian Delivery Options
- All orders received before 10:30am are collected by couriers at 11am and sent that same business day - All orders received after this are sent on the next business day.
- Pick Up from Burpengary East – Orders placed before 11am can be collected that same day – Collection instructions will be emailed once we have packed your order
- Untracked Regular Post is sent via the Australia Post regular mail delivery system and will most likely take 10-24 Business days. We are in Queensland so the further away you are, the longer it will most likely take. There is no way to track these packages.
- Toll Express Post from $14.50 - 1-3 Business days to all major cities and most regional areas except NT and remote country regions. - Toll cannot deliver to P.O. Box, apartments or unit complexes – please use Australia Post for these locations
- Australia Post Express from $14.30 - 2-4 Business days - Delivers to all addresses Nationwide
- All orders over $150 have the option of Aramex Express shipping at no charge - 4-8 Business Days or if you need it faster you have the Bulk Express options with Toll or Australia Post, but yes with a cost.
International Delivery Options (outside of Australia)
International Post - Must be an address where hand to hand delivery can happen – ie. someone is present all day to be able to sign for the package upon delivery.
Please note that we are only offering International Express Shipping due to the on going issues surrounding customs and freight.
We are currently only offering Express service to NZ – please allow 5 business days for delivery
Deliveries to the US, UK and most of Europe – Please reach out to us with your enquiry so we can look into costs and timeframes.
We do not cover Import Duty so please check your country's rules and regulations for import tax's to prevent a nasty shock when collecting the package. We do what we can to minimise any unforeseen issues with customs, but sometime they just need to hit their quota - so be aware.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Aussie Ties accepts returns for any reasonable reason such as sizing, colour discrepancy or just a general change of mind - However we do reserve the right to refuse the return if our guidelines are not met.
PLEASE REFER TO THE TAX INVOICE THAT WILL HAVE BEEN EMAILED AND POSTED TO YOU FOR OUR ADDRESS AND PROCESS FOR RETURNS
Return For Exchanges
In the case you wish to return an item to exchange it for another item / colour option, that is fine to do so
Simply return the items to us with a note advising of your wishes with a self addressed pre-paid satchel for the return journey – Please allow up to 24 business days for the whole process to occur
Failure to include a return satchel we will simply refund the order
Items returned MUST be ready for immediate resale and in their original packaging – if not we will contact you to discuss terms
Return For Refund
REFUNDSIf you wish to return for refund you cannot re-use the original post package as returns are at your own postage cost - We do not cover the costs associated with the return of the items to us.
Please refer to the Tax Invoice that was emailed and posted to you for our address details and also return the lower section of the invoice selecting "refund" so we know your wishes.
Returns are accepted when
Items returned MUST be ready for immediate resale and in their original packaging – if not we will contact you to discuss terms
Products must be unused and do not smell of cologne - we cannot on-sell these items so we will simply return them to you and no refund will be processed
No more than 30 Days since date of purchase - If you are outside of this window please reach out to us to discuss
Should any of the above not be met then we reserve the right to decline the refund request or deduct a percentage amount from the refund to recoup our losses as the items cannot be resold
Incorrect Item Received Or Faulty Product
Please contact us Immediately - We value your business and will resolve the issue right away at no cost to you if it is indeed an issue with the product or the incorrect item was sent.
We ask that you email or text us an image of the problem so that we can verify the issue and come up with a plan to get it sorted ASAP.
Should we receive a deemed faulty product back and discover it was misused or care instructions were not followed we will contact you to discuss options.
Ultimately our goal is 100% customer satisfaction but we expect our customers to be honest with us as we are with you – so please do not attempt to get one by us as we have been around for a while ;)
