Shipping Information

Please be aware that delivery services with Australia Post have changed quite significantly in the last year. Australia Post have advised that there have been changes made in the way they process letters and parcels - they are prioritising parcel post services but we mostly use the letter service so our packages are taking a lot longer to be delivered due to the changes at the sorting centres - so the NEW expected delivery time frame for Regular Mail is 10-18 Business Days for the East Coast - and 16-24 Business days for the West Coast and NT. Australia Post no longer offer a Priority Mail service either which is a massive shame as it worked really well for you, our valued customers. We pack and post the same day, and do what we can to ensure a speedy delivery, but once it has been dropped off there is nothing more we can do. If you are working towards a time frame I highly urge the use of Express Post. Currently Australia Post are not supporting their Next Day Guarantee on Express Post services either - so I would suggest using the Toll Express option if the order is urgent.

Aussie Ties offers express, trackable shipping by courier if your order is urgent. You can easily select this option during the checkout process.

Australian Delivery Options

- All orders received before 10:30am are sent the same business day - All orders received after this are sent on the next business day.

- Please note - Australia Post no longer supports Priority Postage on regular post items so please allow extra time for regular post deliveries - especially for WA, NT and regional customers.

- Free Post for all orders over $40 - All orders under this shipping cost is $3

- Free Express Post for all orders over $100

- Regular Post is sent via the Australia Post regular mail delivery system and will most likely take 10-24 Business days. We are in Queensland so the further away you are, the longer it will most likely take. There is no tracking on these packages.

- Toll Express Post $13.20 - 2-5 Business days to all major cities and most regional areas except NT and remote country regions. Cannot deliver to P.O. Box Addresses or unit addresses.

- Australia Post Express $18.70 - 3-6 Business days - Delivers to all addresses Nationwide. We have seen recently Express deliveries take over a week from Brisbane to Sydney - so consider its urgency when selecting this option as Australia Post are extremely unreliable.

International Delivery Options (outside of Australia)

International Post - A lot of Countries are limiting imports so we may not be able to send you your package. If you are a major country / Region then we can give it a go - but there are NO GAURANTEES at this time sorry. Please Allow up to 90 business days - Must be an address where someone is present all day to be able to sign for the package upon delivery.

Please note that due to the current Global Coronovirus situation we cannot guarantee delivery within the suggested time frames. Some Countries borders are yet to re-open, some are very slow to let packages through - Please do your own due diligence BEFORE placing the order.

Deliveries to the US, UK and most of Europe have taken around 40 BUSINESS days for the package to arrive so take that into account when placing the order and your date required.

We do not cover Import Duty so please check your country's rules and regulations for import tax's to prevent a nasty shock when collecting the package. We do what we can to minimise any unforeseen issues with customs, but sometime they just need to hit their quota - so be aware.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Return For Refund

Aussie Ties accepts returns for any reasonable reason such as sizing, colour discrepancy or just a general change of mind - However we do reserve the right to refuse the return if our guidelines are not met.


If you return an item for refund please note that OUR cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded - We do not cover the costs associated with the return of the items to us.

PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN WORN (except when trying it on)


Return For Exchanges

Exchanges - In the case you wish to return an item to exchange it for another item / colour option - please return the items to us with a note advising of your wishes with a self addressed pre-paid satchel for the return journey - if you do not we will contact you to ask that you cover the costs of the return shipping or we will refund the item as per our refund policy. Aussie Ties free shipping policy is only for the initial purchase and the actual cost of shipping will be charged for any kind of return or exchange.

Incorrect Item Received Or Faulty Product

Please contact us Immediately - We value your business and will resolve the issue right away at no cost to you if it is indeed an issue with the product or the incorrect item was sent.

We ask that you email or text us an image of the problem so that we can verify the issue and come up with a plan to get it sorted ASAP.

Should we receive a deemed faulty product back and discover it was misused or care instructions were not followed we will contact you to discuss options.

Ultimately our goal is 100% customer satisfaction but please do not attempt to get one by us as we have been around for a while ;)
