WAREHOUSE LOCATION AND BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

We are an online store sending all of your orders via our Home Based Warehouse located in Burpengary East, Qld - 1hr North of Brisbane. All purchases made before 10.30am on a weekday will be sent the same day from our warehouse in Brisbane. Any purchases paid for after this will be sent the next available occasion. Please note that this excludes public holidays and weekends.

We are not a retail store - so do not have the items on display in a stunning showroom - we are a Distribution business so are a warehouse setup. We are not always here so appointments MUST be made to come and check colours - please contact Blair on the above details to book an appointment before leaving. We have had too many people drive hundreds of Kilometres only to discover we are not home - PLEASE call and book a time.

If you have made an online order and chosen Pick Up as the shipping option - you will receive an email with our address details and where to find the package once your order is picked, packed and ready - if it is urgent and need it ASAP please call Blair on the above number and we can make magic happen.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Aussie Ties accepts returns for any reasonable reason such as sizing, colour discrepancy or just a general change of mind as long as the product has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging ready for immediate Resale. Please note that in the case of a straight refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.

In the case of an exchange, a further cost for the secondary shipping will be incurred by you the purchaser in way of providing a self addressed pre paid satchel for the return journey of the exchanged goods. Aussie Ties free shipping policy is only for the initial purchase and the actual cost of shipping will be charged for any kind of return or exchange. Failure to provide a return satchel we will simply refund the order and ask that you make a new order so that the shipping costs are covered.

If an administrative error has been made by Aussie Ties, all further shipping costs will be settled by us and you as the buyer will not be asked to pay for any of these costs. Please contact us immediately if there is such a problem.

Aussie Ties Terms and Conditions of Use

These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all orders for products which you place with us using the Website and apply in addition to the Conditions of Use.

Orders

When you place an order to purchase a product using the Website, those orders will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. The Company is under no obligation to accept your order and all orders will be subject to availability at that time.

We acknowledge receipt of orders by sending you an email summarising the details of your order. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Once we have confirmed availability and processed payment for the products you have ordered, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been accepted "Confirmation Email". The contract between us is formed at the point we send you the Confirmation Email for the products detailed in the Confirmation Email.

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of the Consumer Care Team.


Price and Payment

The price for the products that you order will be the price quoted on the Website at the date the order is received, except in the case of obvious error.

Payments must be made by PayPal,credit card via PayPal or bank deposit.

You may be subject to validation checks and/or third party authorisations.
