- Shipping & Delivery
All purchases made before 10.00am on a weekday will be sent the same day from our warehouse in Brisbane. Any purchases paid for after this will be sent the next available occasion. Please note that this excludes public holidays and weekends.
Shipping by regular Australian Post is free for all orders over $30 (Orders less than this amount incur a $3 postage and handling fee) and should take between 5-7 working days. Destinations such as WA and NT and rural areas may expect longer delivery times.
Shipping times are dependent on the postal system and not Aussie Ties. We post at the first occasion available but the time taken for delivery by the postal service is out of our control. If you have never purchased online or had a package sent nationally through the mail before, you are welcome to contact us first for an estimate of delivery time. Please note that during the Christmas period packages are often likely to take longer to arrive.
International Delivery (outside of Australia)
Aussie Ties has no problem sending to locations outside of Australia but currently in these trying times we are limited to what we can offer. Please note that delivery to the US, UK, Canada and most of Europe should have sufficient time allowed for delivery. We would suggest no sooner than 3 weeks and up to 5 just in case (although it should be much quicker than this except in countries with slow postal systems such as Canada, Italy, Spain and France,).
- Returns & Replacements
Aussie Ties accepts returns for any reasonable reason such as sizing, colour discrepancy or just a general change of mind as long as the product has not been worn or used. Please note that in the case of a straight refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.
In the case of an exchange, a further cost for the secondary shipping will be incurred. Aussie Ties free shipping policy is only for the initial purchase and the actual cost of shipping will be charged for any kind of return or exchange.
If an administrative error has been made by Aussie Ties, all further shipping costs will be settled by us and you as the buyer will not be asked to pay for any of these costs. Please contact us immediately if there is such a problem.
